4 large boneless-skinless chicken breasts ( 6-8 oz. each )
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 ounces sliced pepperoni ( regular or turkey )
6 ounces mozzarella cheese ( sliced )
