Perfect Chocolate Fudge

Thick and creamy, perfect chocolate fudge is one of my favorite easy holiday treats! Makes a great homemade holiday gift as well!

2 sticks butter
1 1/4 cups milk chocolate chips
1 1/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 12-oz. can evaporated milk
4 cups granulated sugar
2 1/4 cups mini marshmallows
