Perfect Summer Pasta Salad ~ Looking for a lighter healthier meal? This Pasta salad is bursting with protein and flavor! You will want to make this for all your summer bbq get togethers!

1/2 box of pasta any shape {from a 1 pound box}
1 can each of red kidney beans and garbanzo beans
1 block of mozzarella cheese cubed {not the soft fresh kind but the harder block}
1/4 cup kalamata olives sliced
1/4 cup sliced green olives with pimentos
1 pint grape tomatoes sliced in half
1/2 cup sliced carrots {I buy them in a bag already sliced at the store}
1 handful of cilantro chopped
1 package greek dressing mix plus oli and vinegar called for in directions
salt and pepper to taste
