1 medium onion, grated
1/2 lb ground lamb
1/2 lb ground round
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
1egg, lightly beaten
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoonfresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon saffron
1 tablespoon butter, melted
