Pesto Chicken White Pizza

This white pizza is quick and delicious! The toppings can be modified to fit any palate (think: tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach, etc.)

1 Boboli whole-wheat pizza crust
1/4 cup fresh basil
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1 garlic clove
1 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
1 large tomato, diced
1/2 cup reduced fat mozzarella cheese
Blend the fresh basil, olive oil, and garlic in a food processor until smooth. Add more or less olive oil to achieve desired pesto consistency. Spread the pesto over the pizza crust. Top with shredded chicken, diced tomato, and mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until cheese is golden-brown and bubbly.
