Soft, chewy pretzels stuffed with a creamy pesto parmesan filling!

For the Pretzels
4½ – 5 C bread flour
1 pkg Red Star Platinum Yeast
1½ tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1½ C water, warmed to 120-130 degrees F
6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted and cooled
For the Filling
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ C prepared basil pesto
¼ C grated parmesan cheese
For the Water Bath and Topping
