1 medium to large onion
2 medium Tomatillos
½ bunch Cilantro
2-16 ounce cans diced tomatoes
2 medium jalapeño peppers or more if you like
1 clove garlic or garlic powder
1 medium lime
Prepare vegetables by washing or peeling and then quarter. Place onion, tomatillos, cilantro, jalapeños and garlic in food processor; mix for 30 seconds. Add tomatoes and lime juice; mix to desired consistency, do not over mix. For best flavor, allow to sit in refrigerator for several hours before serving. Enjoy!

15 oz jar Alfredo sauce
8 oz cream cheese
2 t minced garlic
2 T red wine vinegar
1 t grated lemon zest ( plus 1 T lemon juice )
1/4 t ground black pepper
2 c cooked shredded chicken
2 cans quartered artichoke hearts ( 14 ounces each )
2 c fresh baby spinach
1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 c Italian seasoned panko breadcrumbs
1 ounce grated Parmesan cheese
1 T salted butter
