With Thanksgiving being this week, I thought that I would share with you my favorite way to eat leftover turkey and rolls. I love the combination of savory and sweet in this sandwich. This is really similar to a sandwich I used to get at my favorite sandwich place in California. Erica also likes it with pickles, so feel free to try it that way too. :)

Kaiser rolls (or leftover rolls from Thanksgiving)
1 8 oz package cream cheese
1 small can whole cranberries
Leftover turkey (or deli turkey)
Provolone cheese
Romaine lettuce
Mayo or Miracle Whip

Cut open your roll and spread some cream cheese on the bottom slice. Add a spoonfull of cranberry on top of the cream cheese. Top that with turkey, provolone, and lettuce. Spread some Mayo or Miracle Whip on the top half of the roll, then sandwich it together!
