Piña Colada Fruit Smoothie Recipe

One of my favorite things about our trip to the Dominican Republic was the unlimited piña coladas our resort would serve. I was 8 months pregnant at the time, so anything to cool me down was much needed. I drank so many of these, I couldn't even keep track! I was craving some so badly this week, that I decided to make my own.

3 cups pineapple juice
2 cups frozen banana slices
2 cups pineapple sherbet
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into cups and serve immediately.
