1 cup uncooked rice
1/2 cup coconut milk (if you don’t have coconut milk, add regular milk instead)
1/4 cup rum
1 can of crushed pineapple
1 cup coconut flakes
1 cup uncooked rice

Mix all together in your crockpot. Turn on high. When the rice is all puffed up, it’s ready. It’s even good cold!
