2 ( 10 ounce jar maraschino cherries, with stems )
1 ( 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened )
1 ( 3.4 ounce box instant vanilla pudding )
1 cup milk
1 1/4 cups shredded coconut ( divided )
1/2 teaspoon rum extract
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
1 ( 8 ounce Cool Whip, thawed and divided )
