1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup walnuts chopped
pinch salt
1/2 cup powdered sugar
4 oz light cream cheese softened
1 cup cool whip topping
1 package pistachio pudding
1 1/2 cups milk
3/4 cup pineapple
1/12 cups cool whip topping
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Mix the first 4 ingredients in a small bowl.Pat into a 9x9 baking pan.Bake in the oven on 350 for 15 min. Fold together the next 3 ingredients until well incorporated.Spread evenly on the cooled crust. Beat the next two ingredients until thickened,then fold in pineapple .Spread the mixture over the cream layer.Now top with remaining cool whip and sprinkle with nuts for garnish.Store in refridgerator covered.
