2 cups pistachios ( shell removed )
1.5 cups greek yogurt, plain
2 cloves garlic ( minced )
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp lemon juice
1/3 cup olive oil
1 pinch red pepper flakes
to taste salt and pepper
2 tbsp parsley ( chopped )
1/4 cup pistachios ( shell removed, chopped )
  1. In a high powered blender or food processor, combine the pistachios, garlic, lemon zest and lemon juice.
