DOUGH:
15 oz (3 cups) Flour
1 tbsp Yeast
1 tbsp Sugar
2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Olive Oil
9 fl oz Warm Water

2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 Garlic cloves minced
1 (28-ounce) can San Marzano tomatoes
1/2 tsp Kosher Salt
1/2 tsp Dried Oregano

6 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Mastard
