1 lb smoked Polish sausage
1/2 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, pressed
2 cups chicken broth
1 (10 oz) can tomatoes with chiles
1 (250 ml) carton of heavy cream
16 oz shell pasta
1 bell pepper, chopped
