Polish Walnut Pie

4 egg whites ( beaten stiff )
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sugar
25 Ritz crackers ( rolled to crumbs )
2/3 cup chopped nuts
Beat the egg whites until stiff. Gradually beat in the sugar, vanilla and baking powder. Gently fold in the crackers and nuts. Place in a buttered 9-inch pyrex pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees F....
