Poppy Seed Overnight Oats

1/2 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons poppy seeds
1/2 cup semi-skimmed milk
2 heaped tablespoons Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
2 heaped tablespoons sultanas
1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon cloves
Serve with quick toasted, crushed hazelnuts
Combine all the ingredients, stir thoroughly and place in a jar with a lid. Keep in the fridge overnight. Makes 1 good size portion.
