2 teaspoons Ground cumin
2 teaspoons Dried oregano
2 teaspoons Kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper ( freshly ground )
1 cup Lime juice ( freshly squeezed )
6 cloves Garlic
1 Jalapeno pepper
1 head Red cabbage
