Stir fry with lots of veggies

Asian:
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 large onion, sliced thin
1 cup shredded carrot
1 red pepper, sliced thin
1 cup chopped broccoli
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 Tbsp. minced ginger or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
8 ounces shredded pork
4 ounces spaghetti, broken, cooked
1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts
1/4 tsp. cayenne
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 cup chicken broth
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  1. Heat oil in hot wok.
  2. Add veggies and ginger. Stir fry until crisp tender.
