Pork Marsala With Mushrooms and Shallots
This is an easy Marsala dinner that would be perfect for any special occasion!
2 shallots ( thinly sliced )
2 clove(s) garlic ( pressed )
1 cup Cremini mushrooms ( sliced )
1/2 cup Marsala wine
1/2 cup chicken stock
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup flour
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon thyme ( fresh )
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
On a plate or shallow bowl mix flour, garlic powder and season with salt and pepper. Toss your pork in the mixture to coat all sides and tap off the excess.
