1 lb. pork tenderloin ( cut into four fillets or medallions )
4 slices provolone cheese
4 cloves garlic ( minced )
1 lb. mushrooms
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp. heavy cream

This crispy fried chicken sandwich recipe is better than Chik-Fil-A, Popeye's or McDonald's! 2 c all purpose flour
2 T confectioners sugar
2 t baking powder
