Pork Stir Fry with Broccoli

An easy to make stir fry that tastes delicious and is ready in about 30 minutes.

1 pound ground pork
1 tablespoon corn starch
1 tablespoon canola oil
8 ounces small broccoli florets, about 1 1/2 inches
1/2 cup low sodium beef broth
3 green onions
1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
5 cloves garlic, minced
black pepper, to taste

Pat the ground pork with paper towels, to remove any extra moisture.
