This pork shoulder roast, cooked with skin on on slow and served with caramelized vegetables, is a great main course option for a Sunday dinner or a large family gathering.

  • Step 1. Preheat oven to 430F.
  • Step 2. Sprinkle pork flesh with 1 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, all the fennel seeds and 1 tbsp olive oil. Rub into flesh.
