This potato, cucumber and garlic salad is an adventurous salad recipe, and you can get creative with the ingredients.

600 g potatoes (organic)
1/2 cucumber (organic)
2 cloves garlic
1/2 pepper (red)
1 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp sea salt or pink Himalayan salt
1/2 tsp cider vinegar
pinch cayenne pepper
to taste black pepper (freshly ground)
chives (fresh) or dill or parsley
2 Spring onions (optional)
1/2 cucumber (organic)
