Potato Knishes 🥘
These traditional Jewish potato knishes are full of crispy dough and soft, aromatic mixture of cheese and potato. If you were looking for a nice dish to serve at Hanukkah dinner, here's a great choice of finger food.
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a food processor, process butter, cream cheese, and sour cream until smooth. Add flour and salt and pulse to blend.
