500 g of potatoes
1 medium head onion
1 tsp paprika
7 tablespoons flour
1200 ml water + 200-300 ml flour
1-1 1/2 tsp savory

1. Slice the onion finely and strangled it in the oil. 2. Then add the potatoes, cut into steaks with a thickness of about 1.5 cm. 3. Add salt and put the red pepper. 4. Pour the water, waiting to boil and reduce heat to medium. 5. Cook until boiled potatoes. 6. Then stir flour with 200-300 ml of water and gradually add to the dish, with continuous stirring. 7. Add oregano. 8. Leave the dish for another 2-3 minutes on the stove, and then serve.
