Potato Sausage Stir-Fry
Garden fresh red potatoes, onions, peppers and garlic stir-fry. Add some low-fat sausage. Tastebud heaven! This is a tried and true family favorite from way back when. This healthy stir-fry recipe can be adjusted to include anything you like from your garden. Fantastic, fresh and tasty!
2 red peppers, seeded and cut into strip or one inch chunks
1//2 onion chopped
4-clove of garlic, minced
2-tbsp chopped fresh parsley
12 oz. pack of adeles chicken sausage
10-12 baby potatoes, half potato chunks
2 tsp Sweet Mesquite seasoning
one 12 oz. package chicken sausage sliced into 1/2 inch chunks
1//2 onion chopped
4-clove of garlic, minced
2-tbsp chopped fresh parsley
12 oz. pack of adeles chicken sausage
10-12 baby potatoes, half potato chunks
2 tsp Sweet Mesquite seasoning
one 12 oz. package chicken sausage sliced into 1/2 inch chunks
Pour 2 tablespoons coconut oil into a large frying pan
Add the chopped onions and garlic, saute for 5 minutes over medium heat until slightly brown and translucent.
