Potsticker Noodle Bowl

The flavors of potstickers are now in a delicious noodle bowl made in about 30 minutes.

8 ounces linguini pasta
3/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
2 teaspoons rice vinegar
pinch red pepper flakes
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 pound ground pork
black pepper, to taste
14 ounce bag coleslaw mix
7 green onions, chop the green parts into 2 inch pieces and white parts into 1/2 inch pieces
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 eggs, lightly beaten

Cook the noodles according to the package directions, cooking until al dente. Drain.
