Power Smoothie

Blueberries, banana, oats and spinach are just part of what makes this "Power" smoothie so nutritious! And the best part is that it keeps you full longer!

1 cup good quality orange juice
1/4 cup whole grain oats
1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1 banana
1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
3 cups baby spinach leaves
1 cup ice
Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth. ( you may need to stop, stir, and run again to get everything blended. Add a little extra water or orange juice if it's too thick. Serve immediately.
