Prawn, radish and cucumber open sandwich

This is a delicious way to have prawns/shrimp with plenty of mixed salad leaves, cucumber and radish with a lavish amount of this beautiful sauce that you could choose to go the proper grown up way and add a little brandy. A must try !

4 slices bread wholemeal rye or any you like
60 g mixed leaves salad I used watercress, spinach and rocket salad or rucola
240 g cooked prawns
100 g cucumber finely sliced
6-8 radishes
3 tbsp Greek yoghurt
1 tbsp olive oil mayonnaise
1/2 tbsp ketchup
1/4 tsp sriracha sauce (optional) for a little kick
1/2 lemon its juice
1 tbsp brandy (optional)
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch cayenne pepper to garnish
