Protein Packed Overnight Oats

Quick, easy, and healthy overnight oats recipe that is protein filled and perfect for busy mornings!

- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/3 cup greek yogurt (or low fat vanilla greek yogurt)
- ½ scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 serving JIF peanut powder (3 tbls)
- 1 tbls chia seeds

Morning of:
- your choice fruit
-your choice nuts (walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds)
