1/4 cup prepared yellow mustard
1/4 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons light brown sugar
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
2 Tablespoons water
1 tablespoons/30 mL chili powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon hot sauce, optional (adjust to your liking)
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
