We had some leftover pumpkin in the freezer for some time and we wanted to show you a very simple naturally sweetened recipe with just a few ingredients - perfect for breakfast - Pumpkin Banana Smoothie Bowl!

1/2 banana
1/2 cup (110 g) roasted pumpkin
3 tablespoons of rolled oats
1/8 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1 teaspoon of hemp protein
5.1 fl oz (150 ml) non-dairy milk
  • Add all smoothie ingredients to a blender. Blend on high until you reach a smooth and creamy consistency.
  • Pour everything into a bowl. Add topping ingredients.
