Made with pumpkin and blueberries, this delicious baked oatmeal will warm you on those cold mornings and give you a great start to your day!

3 cups frozen or fresh blueberries
1 cup pecans, whole
2 (½ cups) old fashioned oats or large whole oats
1 teaspoon baking powder
¾ teaspoon sea salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon, ground
1 teaspoon nutmeg, ground
½ teaspoon ground ginger
1 pinch ground cloves
1 (½ cups) whole milk
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 eggs or chia eggs
½ cup maple syrup or coconut sugar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup pecans, whole
