1/3 cup canola oil
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup shredded coconut
3 1/4 cups old fashioned rolled oats
1/3 cup dried cranberries
