1/4 c sugar
Filling:
4 t unflavored gelatin
1/4 c Drambuie or water
1.5 c canned pumpkin puree
1/2 c heavy cream
1/2 c sugar
3 egg yolks
3/4 t cinnamon
1/2 t ground ginger
1/4 t nutmeg
1/4 t allspice
1/4 t salt
Meringue:
4 egg whites
cream of tartar
salt
1/3 c sugar
