Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies with Cream Cheese Frosting

What is better than a classic pumpkin chocolate chip cookie? One that is topped with cream cheese frosting! These cookies are amazing!

½ c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 ½ c. chocolate chips

Frosting
4 oz cream cheese
¼ c. butter
½ lb. powdered sugar
½ tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
