Flourless Pumpkin Coconut Pancakes made with almond butter, coconut flour and bananas, these thick, cake-like pancakes are sure to win everyone over!

1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup coconut flour
2 very ripe bananas
5 egg whites
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp almond extract
dash of sea salt
1/2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup coconut flour
2 very ripe bananas
5 egg whites
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp almond extract
dash of sea salt
1/2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger
Add bananas, almond butter, oil, egg whites & vanilla to food processor
Process until bananas combine well with other ingredients
Add remaining ingredients & mix to combine (do not over mix)
