Pumpkin-Cranberry Bread

This simple quick bread is the ultimate fall breakfast.

3 cups all-purpose flour
5 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 ½ teaspoons salt
3 cups granulated sugar
1 15 ounce can pumpkin (not pie mix!)
4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
½ cup orange juice
1 cup fresh cranberries (or ¾ cup dried, rehydrated using method above)
