Pumpkin Crumb Muffins made with pumpkin puree, basic baking ingredients, a simple crumb topping and a delicious maple drizzle.

2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 3/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
Crumb Topping
3/4 cup flour
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
6 tablespoons unsalted butter, cold
Maple Icing
3/4 cup confectioners sugar
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon milk
