3 cups flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup buttermilk
1 1/4 cups pumpkin puree
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 large eggs
