125 g fresh pumpkin
2 eggs
1/3 cups feta cheese
3 fresh curly parsley
1 onion
9 tablespoons quinoa flour
3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Cut the pumpkin into small cubes or use shredded pumpkin. Add, pumpkin, onion, and parsley into a food processor, and blend until finely chopped. This part is optional. You can do all this manually...
