Pumpkin Gingerbread Smoothie! An overnight smoothie filled with antioxidants, probiotics & protein. An energizing way to start the day! Blend the night before & eat the next morning. Gluten Free + Low Calorie

1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup gluten free rolled oats
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup nonfat greek yogurt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 collagen
to taste liquid stevia
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Place in a covered glass in the refrigerator overnight or make and drink the day of.
