1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 teaspoon salt

3/4 cup egg whites
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
