6 tablespoons rolled oats
3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1 teaspoon maple syrup
2/3 tablespoon chopped walnuts
140 ml unsweetened non-dairy milk
Topping:
5 chopped walnuts
  • In a small jar or a bowl combine all the ingredients. Stir well until combined. Tighten lid (or cover with plastic wrap). Place the jar/bowl in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight...
