6 tablespoons rolled oats
3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1 teaspoon maple syrup
2/3 tablespoon chopped walnuts
140 ml unsweetened non-dairy milk
Topping:
5 chopped walnuts
