Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake Bars

It has the texture of a cross between pumpkin pie and a bar. It’s extra yummy with a dollop of whipped topping. You don’t taste too much of the cream cheese; instead, it adds more of that pumpkin pie consistency – very moist and dense.

2 cups flour
2 cups packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 softened brick of cream cheese
15 oz canned pumpkin
3 teasp. cinnamon
1/2 teasp. cloves
1/2 teasp. nutmeg
Mix flour, brown sugar, and butter together. Press some of this mixture onto a greased 10 x 10 pan. (My crust was probably 1/4 inch thick). Blend the rest of this mixture with the remaining ingredients....
