Pumpkin Pie Mousse Brownie Trifle

1 - 3.4 oz package of Pumpkin Spice Instant Jello Pudding*
1 - 8 oz tub Cool Whip (do not sub whipped cream if you're not eating immediately)
1 1/4 c. skim milk
1 9x9 pan of your favorite brownies, baked and cooled (store bought is just fine too)
caramel sundae sauce
pecans and chocolate chips for layering (Heath would be awesome too)
