PUMPKIN PIE SMOOTHIE

A smoothie recipe is a delicious way to power you through the morning. It is loaded with antioxidants and vitamins, full of fiber, and high in protein. It's like a yummy, perfect food served in a glass.

2 servings
1 Banana, large ( sliced and frozen )
1 cup Pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie mix)
1/2 cup Vanilla Greek yogurt
1/4 cup Whole milk
2 tablespoons Maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon Pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup Crushed ice
2 tablespoons Whipped cream
2 pinches Cinnamon
2 Vanilla cookies ( crumbled )

Blend everything together until smooth. Pour into two cups. Top each with one tablespoon of whipped cream, sprinkle with crushed cookies and dust with cinnamon. Serve and enjoy immediately.
