4 medium apples ( peeled, cored and cubed. I used Gala )
1/2 cup pumpkin puree ( not pumpkin pie filling )
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp tapioca flour
2 tsp. pumpkin spice
1 1/2 cups gluten free rolled oats
1/2 cup almond meal
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp. honey
optional raw pecans to top
1/2 cup pumpkin puree ( not pumpkin pie filling )

2 tsp. pumpkin spice
