This pumpkin spice cake with cream cheese icing is super simple, quick to make and packed with flavor!

1 package White Cake Mix
1 cup Pumpkin Puree
3 Eggs
3/4 cups Water
1/3 cup Vegetable Oil
1 teaspoon Vanilla
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Pumpkin Spice
1/2 teaspoon Ground Cloves
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
8 ounces Cream Cheese ( room tempertature )
1 cup Unsalted Butter ( room temperature )
1/2 cups Margarine ( room temperature )
2 teaspoons Vanilla
4 cups Powdered Sugar
